Maks Energy Solutions India Limited, founded by Mr. Sourabh Mahendra Shaw, specializes in the manufacturing, assembling, marketing, and distribution of diesel generator sets. Initially incorporated as a private company in 2010, it transitioned to a public limited company in 2019. Maks Energy sources engines from OEM partners and assembles them with additional components like control panels and acoustic materials at its Kondhwa, Pune facility. The company serves a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, realty, and IT, across India and exports to the Middle East, South East Asia, and Africa.
Since its inception, Maks Energy has expanded from dealing in generator sets to comprehensive services including installation, testing, and commissioning. It established an assembling unit in Pune in 2013 and began export operations in 2014. In 2018, it formed a joint venture in Nigeria to manufacture and sell generator sets. In 2019, Maks Energy diversified into distributing commercial vehicle spare parts in Maharashtra.
