Maharaja & Speedex India Limited (formerly Maharaja Cookers Private Limited, incorporated February 15, 2006) is a drinkware manufacturing and distribution company focused on stainless-steel bottles and allied drinkware products in India. The company changed its name to Maharaja & Speedex India Private Limited on February 1, 2024, and was subsequently converted into a public limited company as Maharaja & Speedex India Limited on January 15, 2026.
Its business serves both retail consumers and institutional customers, and has broadened its mix toward value-added and specialized stainless-steel drinkware, aligned with increasing health and sustainability awareness and a consumer shift away from plastic products. Operations began with trading in steel bottles in FY2015-16, followed by diversification into baby feeding bottles in 2023 and a printed/design-oriented bottle range in 2024.
The product portfolio is classified into Standard Products (routine-use stainless-steel bottles) and Novelty Products (including tumblers, feeding bottles, and gym shakers). In FY2025-26, it launched “Zanzee” bottles and introduced gym shakers to expand its premium offerings in the stainless-steel kitchenware segment.
In 2025, the company acquired Dewdrop Bottles Private Limited and Speedex Online Private Limited through share purchase agreements. It has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO of 50,00,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10), comprising a fresh issue of 40,00,000 shares and an offer for sale of 10,00,000 shares.
