About Madhya Bharat Agro Products Ltd Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited, established in 1997 and taken over by the Ostwal Group in 2004, specializes in the production of fertilizers and chemicals. With manufacturing facilities in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, the company produces Beneficiated Rock Phosphate, Sulphuric Acid, Single Super Phosphate, and Phosphate Rich Organic Manure. These products are crucial for replenishing phosphorus in soil, serving as essential fertilizers. The company has expanded its production capabilities significantly, increasing its SSP capacity from 60,000 MT to 180,000 MT in 2016, and further diversifying with the production of GSSP, Sulphuric Acid, and organic fertilizers in 2017.
In 2021, Madhya Bharat Agro Products launched an integrated DAP/NPK complex fertilizer plant, later doubling its production capacity to 240,000 MTP in 2023, alongside a substantial increase in phosphoric acid output. The company was listed on the National Stock Exchange in 2019, signaling its growth and expansion in the agrochemical market.
