Ramadevi Enterprises Private Limited, has undergone several name changes and was converted into a public limited company in February 2025. With over 15 years in the food industry, the company specializes in the manufacturing, processing, and supply of pulses, focusing mainly on Urad Dal and Toor Dal. It has expanded its product portfolio to include Moong Dal, Kabuli Channa, Green Gram Dal, Coriander Seeds, Rice, and Chillies, allowing it to cater to a broader market and strengthen its position in the pulses segment.
The company initially relied on manual manufacturing processes for Urad Dal but switched to automation in 2022, adopting advanced machinery to meet rising demand. In 2023, it ventured into semi-manual manufacturing of Toor Dal, incorporating selective mechanization to preserve flexible operations while expanding production capabilities.
