Based in Morbi, Gujarat, Lexus Granito operates an integrated manufacturing unit catering to both domestic and international markets. The company's vitrified tiles, an alternative to marble and granite, are known for their low porosity and water and frost resistance, made by pressing a mixture of clay, quartz, feldspar, and silica. Wall tiles, however, are non-vitreous and not suited for floors.
The production process involves batching, grinding, spray-drying, forming, drying, glazing, and firing, aiming to produce durable and aesthetically pleasing tiles. Recognized as a Two Star Export House in 2017, Lexus Granito expanded its capital through an IPO, issuing 5.76 million equity shares in August 2017. This strategic move has bolstered its market presence and financial foundation to support its growth trajectory.
