LEAP India Limited was incorporated on July 3, 2013 as a private limited company and converted to a public limited company on July 31, 2025. The company provides supply chain assets such as pallets—flat carrier structures used for stable handling of goods via forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors and containers—along with other material handling equipment (MHEs).
The company operates an asset pooling model, providing customised supply-chain services primarily to the automotive sector and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Its product/service range has expanded to include belts, wedges, stillages and racking, enabling customers to source multiple supply chain assets from a single provider and reduce coordination and management complexity.
LEAP launched the “MyLEAP” application in FY2019. It acquired Skan Marine Services Private Limited in February 2023, which was merged into the company effective June 21, 2024. The company also acquired 100% equity of CHEP India Private Limited on January 8, 2025, followed by the merger of CHEP India into LEAP via a Scheme of Arrangement effective January 2, 2025.
LEAP plans to raise funds through an IPO aggregating Rs 2,400 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,000 crore (equity shares of face value Re 1 each).
