LCC Projects Limited originated as a partnership firm, M/s Laxmi Construction Co., and was converted into LCC Projects Private Limited on December 28, 2017. It was subsequently converted into a public company and renamed “LCC Projects Limited,” with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies on December 5, 2024.
The company began operations in Gujarat and expanded to execute projects across multiple Indian states, including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Karnataka. It has delivered a broad range of irrigation and water supply infrastructure projects such as dams, barrages, weirs, hydraulic structures, canals, pipe distribution networks, lift irrigation works, water supply schemes, and other EPC projects.
Currently, LCC Projects is engaged in the design, construction, and operation and maintenance of roads and highways, bridges, irrigation and mining projects, and commercial buildings, along with ancillary services such as toll collection and highway O&M. Its water segment includes Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants—covering Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), sewerage networks, Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs).
The company is planning an Initial Public Issue comprising a fresh issue aggregating to Rs 320 crore (equity shares of face value Rs 5 each) and an offer for sale of 22,940,000 equity shares.
