Its customer base includes power utilities and government authorities (including Indian Railways and multiple DISCOMs such as TP Central, Western, Northern and Southern Odisha Distribution Limited), along with private sector players and international clients including government-owned electricity companies, public enterprises, and electricity boards. The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans an IPO in September 2025, targeting Rs 1,200 crore (Rs 800 crore fresh issue and Rs 400 crore offer for sale) with equity shares of face value Rs 5 each.
