Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd (LPS), established in 1968, is a prominent manufacturer of fasteners, primarily serving the Two-wheeler and Four-wheeler auto components industry. Headquartered in Rohtak, Haryana, and located close to New Delhi, LPS operates two manufacturing units with an annual production capacity of 28,432 metric tons supported by ancillary facilities. Over the years, LPS has expanded its production capabilities through strategic public and rights issues, enabling modernization and capacity enhancement.
The company previously engaged in a joint venture with Bossard International AG, Switzerland, to develop software and market a new range of fasteners for specialized sectors like electrical and electronics. However, LPS sold its 49% stake in the joint venture in 2016, terminating its partnership.
