Through this acquisition, the company expanded its portfolio to include various parking systems, such as Stack Parking, Puzzle Parking, and Aisle Parking, offering tailored options to its clients. This enhances its strategic alignment with urban infrastructure needs.
To support growth, the company plans to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO) consisting of 51,00,000 equity shares.
