Kush Industries Ltd, originally established as SNS Textiles Limited in 1992, is a Gujarat-based company specializing in the manufacture of polyester filament yarn and micro filament yarn. The company initially set up facilities to produce twisted polyester filament yarn and grey fabric in Bharuch district, Gujarat. In 1993, it raised Rs 2.37 crore through a public issue to help finance its Rs 5.70 crore project aimed at enhancing its production capabilities.
Over the years, Kush Industries has expanded its operations, stabilizing its spinning project to produce high-quality blended yarn and increasing its spindle capacity significantly by 1999-2000. In recent years, the company has diversified, reworking its ceramics stock to reduce losses and installing second-hand transfer printing paper machinery in 2018. It has further ventured into trading ceramics as of 2023, marking its strategic shift towards broadening its business scope.
