Over the years, the company rebranded and evolved, transitioning to 'KSH International Limited' in 2025 following its conversion to a public limited company. The company's product portfolio includes round and rectangular enamelled copper/aluminum magnet wires, paper-insulated wires, continuously transposed conductors, and bunched paper insulated copper wires, used in critical applications such as transformers, motors, alternators, and generators. Key customers include Bharat Heavy Electricals, Siemens Energy India, Hitachi Energy India, GE Vernova, and several international clients like Virginia Transformer Corporation and SGB-SMIT GmbH. The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI to raise Rs 745 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). This will include a fresh issue of Rs 420 crore and an offer-for-sale of shares worth Rs 325 crore. The fundraising will bolster the company’s financial position and enhance its business capabilities.
