Initially established as a private entity, it transitioned to a public company in April 2023. Led by promoter Santosh Kumar Yadav, KRN uses non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum along with advanced coatings to enhance the durability and efficiency of its products. These coatings protect against corrosion, reduce maintenance costs, and improve performance under harsh conditions.
The company commenced production in June 2018 and has since expanded its operations, acquiring advanced machinery like Helium Leak Testing Machines and EOT Cranes. KRN has diversified its offerings to include Air Handling Units and industrial applications. In 2022, it expanded its market presence by appointing a dedicated sales representative in Europe. The company plans a public issue of 19,305,000 equity shares to fuel further growth.
