About Team24 Consumer Products Ltd Kore Foods Limited, originally Phil Corporation Limited, was founded in January 1983 and specializes in food processing. Initially established by Photophone and Moorad Fazalbhoy and Associates, the company expanded from its roots in the photographic industry, where it was well-regarded for its diverse range of products and services in amateur and professional photography, photo-finishing, and documentation. Kore Foods has historically maintained strong partnerships with industry giants like Konica Corp, Polaroid Corp, and Goko Camera Company.
In 1993, the company launched a rights issue to support a project for packaging photographic films in Goa, backed by Konica. By 1999, Kore Foods ventured into medical and graphic product segments, consolidating software and network activities under the Phil Net Division. A significant milestone was the successful launch of Konica Centuria films and Phil One Shot camera. In 2010, Kore Foods expanded by merging with its subsidiary, Gokhatak Enterprises Limited, integrating its operations into the company.
