Knack Packaging Limited (formerly Knack Packaging Private Limited) was incorporated on March 4, 2013 in Gujarat and later converted into a public company. Following the conversion, its name was changed to Knack Packaging Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued on June 23, 2025.
The company manufactures and exports PP/HDPE woven sacks and BOPP laminated PP woven bags, with production units located in Mehsana district, Gujarat. It began manufacturing BOPP bags in 2013 and expanded its product range over time to include printed laminated woven block bottom PP bags (from 2016) and BOPP laminated PP woven pinch bottom bags (from 2018).
Knack Packaging has undertaken multiple capacity and infrastructure expansions, including scaling monthly capacity from 400 MT to 1,200 MT in 2016, expanding Unit II production in 2020, and establishing Unit III in 2025 for further expansion. It has also added renewable energy assets, commissioning a 2.25 MW rooftop solar plant in 2021 and a 2.10 MW windmill capacity in 2023. In April 2025, it formed a joint venture in Mexico with SACOS.
The company is planning to raise funds through an initial public offering, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating Rs 475 crore (face value Rs 10 each) and an offer for sale of 7,000,000 equity shares.
