Led by promoter Mr. Abhishek Nathani, who has six years of experience in garment design and manufacturing, the company evolved from his earlier venture, M/s. Aaika Creations. Initially focusing on small and medium brands, Mr. Nathani successfully positioned Kizi Apparels as a reliable manufacturer, including becoming a regular supplier for Reliance Retail with its women’s western wear brand, 'KIZI'.
In 2023, Kizi Apparels expanded by acquiring M/s. Aaika Creations and entering a manufacturing agreement with Fab India Limited. The company is planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 26,58,000 equity shares to raise Rs 6.65 Crores, indicating its growth ambitions and strategic positioning in the garment industry. This IPO is aimed at capitalizing on the company's established market presence and further expanding its manufacturing capabilities.
