Kheria Autocomp Limited, incorporated on November 12, 2009 in Ahmedabad, is an auto ancillary company engaged in plastic injection moulding. It specializes in manufacturing plastic injection moulded parts and related sub-assembly operations, with its current focus primarily on the automotive sector (it previously catered to the white goods segment).
The company operates as a Tier-II supplier, producing moulded plastic components as per the specifications of Tier-I vendors, who supply to passenger vehicle OEMs. Its product range includes interior cabin trims, exterior plastic parts, under-hood components, and HVAC ducts, supplied for both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles. It also undertakes basic sub-assembly work such as bolt assembly and insert fitting to support integration into larger Tier-I assemblies.
Its manufacturing facility is located in the Tata Vendor Park at Sanand, Gujarat, and is equipped with 30 injection moulding machines ranging from 120 tons to 1,700 tons. The company introduced automation through robot installations in FY 2021 and has continued adding robotic systems to improve production consistency. As of FY25, installed capacity stands at 4,200 MTPA.
Kheria Autocomp plans an initial public offer comprising a fresh issue of 46,00,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10 each).
