Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited (KTIL), established in 2008, specializes in bulk liquid storage and logistics, facilitating importers and exporters of chemicals, petrochemicals, oils, and petroleum products. Initially a wholly owned subsidiary of Kesar Enterprises Ltd (KEL), KTIL became independent in 2010 following a demerger. In 2018, KTIL made Kesar Multimodal Logistics Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary, completing the first phase of a Composite Logistics Hub project in Madhya Pradesh.
