The company operates a sugar factory in Vuyyuru with a crushing capacity of 7,500 tons per day and engages in the production and marketing of various allied products such as alcohols (Rectified Spirit, Extra Neutral Alcohol, Ethanol), organic manure, and power cogeneration. Additionally, it has expanded into engineering services, with a division in Tamil Nadu for manufacturing and machining fabricated products.
Over the years, KCP Sugar has focused on capacity expansion and diversification. It set up a 50 KLPD distillery and a 12 MW cogeneration plant in Vuyyuru, and in recent years, has concentrated operations at this site after closing its Lakshmipuram unit due to resource constraints.
