About Kaya Ltd Kaya Limited, established on March 27, 2003, and rebranded in 2012, is a leading entity in the aesthetic dermatology sector, headquartered in Mumbai. Initially part of Marico Limited, Kaya became independent following a demerger in 2013. It operates an extensive network of skincare clinics across India and the Middle East, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, making it the largest dermatology chain in these regions. As of 2014-15, Kaya operated 119 clinics, providing skin care services through scientific dermatological methods under the 'Kaya' brand.
A significant development in its corporate structure occurred in 2015 with the amalgamation of Marico Kaya Enterprises Limited, leading to the issuance of equity shares. In the fiscal year 2022-23, Kaya expanded its footprint in the UAE by acquiring full ownership of several subsidiaries and establishing a new entity, Kaya Skin Medical Centre LLC, through its subsidiary, Kaya Middle East FZE.
