In 2009-10, Virtualsoft created a B2B live text chat platform with video features for Intel and launched virtual events for major brands like CNBC and Cisco. In 2010, it introduced the 'Roam1' brand for mobile roaming solutions, targeting global travelers. The C2E2 initiative was introduced in 2011-12 to integrate telecom and virtual events divisions. In 2014, the Roam1 division was partially sold to Roam 1 Telecom Ltd, making it a majority-held subsidiary. This restructuring allowed Virtualsoft to focus on enhancing its technological and product development capabilities.
