Kanani and Mr. Vinubhai L. Kanani. The company, now known as Kanani Industries Limited since October 2007, operates primarily in the manufacture and export of diamond-studded jewelry. It has established a significant presence with its own four-story factory situated in SEZ, Sachin, Surat, Gujarat.
The company has demonstrated its capability to secure substantial international orders, notably a $4.33 million order from a European country in 2010 and a $2.80 million order from UB International Ltd. in 2012, along with a Rs 15 crore financial engagement. In 2011, Kanani Industries expanded its reach by forming a subsidiary, KIL International Limited, in Hong Kong. The company also issued bonus shares in 2013, indicating a strategy to enhance shareholder value.
