Kamdhenu Ventures Limited, originating from Kamdhenu Limited, focuses on the decorative paint sector through its subsidiary, Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited (KCCL). Incorporated in October 2019, the company operates a state-of-the-art production facility with a capacity of 36,000 KL per annum in Chopanki, Rajasthan. Kamdhenu Ventures has developed an extensive distribution network, comprising over 4,000 dealers and more than 5,000 active painters. KCCL has positioned itself among India's leading paint companies, with products available across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 towns, as well as urban and rural markets.
In 2022-23, Kamdhenu's paint business was transferred to KCCL through a demerger, and the company's equity shares were listed in January 2023. The Kamdhenu Group, known for its presence in the Indian steel market, also offers a diverse product range that includes reinforcement steel bars, structural steels, and color-coated sheets.
