About Jyoti Resins and Adhesives Ltd Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd. (JRAL), incorporated in December 1993 and led by Chairman and Managing Director Shri Jagdish N. Patel, specializes in manufacturing various synthetic wood adhesives. The company offers a diverse range of products, including waterproof, anti-termite, fast-drying, weatherproof, and anti-fungal adhesives, catering to the comprehensive needs of end users. JRAL's production facility, located in Kalol near Ahmedabad, is equipped to produce different types of resins such as PVA alkyd, amino, phenolic, epoxy, and polyamide, with an annual capacity of 3360 tons.
The company launched its business operations in February 1994 and later expanded through a public issue to finance its manufacturing project. In 2002-03, JRAL expanded its corporate structure by acquiring full equity in M/s. Nilchem Infrastructure Ltd., making it a subsidiary. The company’s strategic expansions and diverse product offerings position it as a significant player in the adhesives market.
