Juniper Green Energy Limited (formerly AT Capital Advisory India Private Limited) was incorporated on December 5, 2011. The company was renamed Juniper Green Energy Private Limited on December 8, 2018, and converted into a public limited company as Juniper Green Energy Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 26, 2025.
It operates as an independent power producer (IPP) in India, developing, building, operating and maintaining utility-scale renewable energy projects. The company executes projects through in-house engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance (O&M) teams, and generates revenue by selling electricity to multiple off-takers, including central and state government-backed entities.
Its portfolio spans wind, solar, wind-solar hybrid, firm and dispatchable renewable energy, and battery energy storage systems. The company began with renewable energy plants in Gujarat, winning its first bid in 2019 for a 120.00 MW solar project, and commissioned its first solar project (100 MW) in Maharashtra in March 2020. In 2024, it commissioned its first wind project (69.30 MW) and expanded to a total capacity of 7,898.45 MW (10,069.58 MWp) as of May 31, 2025.
The company is planning an initial public offering, proposing to raise Rs 3,000 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares.
