JITF Infra Logistics Limited, established on January 3, 2008, operates in rail, water, and urban infrastructure sectors both in India and internationally. The company offers technical, engineering, and management consulting services, specializing in water, wastewater, solid waste management, logistics, and transportation equipment fabrication. It launched its first Waste-to-Energy (WtE) facility in Okhla, New Delhi, in January 2012, initially with a 16 MW capacity, which was later increased to 23 MW by 2020-21.
In 2016, JITF Infra Logistics expanded its portfolio through a Composite Scheme of Arrangement, merging businesses from Jindal Saw Limited, including Waste to Energy, Railway Freight Wagons manufacturing, and Water Infrastructure. This integration was recognized with the listing of new shares on the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE in February 2017. Recently, in October 2023, the company commissioned two additional WtE projects in Andhra Pradesh, with a combined capacity of approximately 111 MW.
