Jindal Supreme (India) Limited, incorporated in 1974 in Haryana (originally as Janak Steel Tubes Private Limited), is a steel pipes and tubes manufacturer with operations centered in Hisar, Haryana. The company has undergone multiple name and status changes, most recently converting into a public limited company as Jindal Supreme (India) Limited in September 2025.
Founded by Late Madan Lal Jindal, later strengthened by Sh. Janak Raj Jindal, the business is currently led by Abhishek Jindal, who has over 18 years’ experience in MS black and galvanized pipes/tubes manufacturing and has driven portfolio expansion and diversification aligned with infrastructure development demand.
The company manufactures and supplies MS black pipes and tubes, galvanized pipes, metal beam crash barriers, and GI tubular poles in sizes from 0.5 inch to 10 inch as per Indian Standards. Its products cater to infrastructure and industrial end-markets including water supply and plumbing, construction, roads and highways, bridges, oil & gas, chemicals, agriculture, and rural electrification.
In FY2025, it commenced manufacturing W-beam and Thrie-beam metal crash barriers for road safety and highway projects, and subsequently diversified into GI tubular poles used in street lighting and electrification/public utility infrastructure. The company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO of 1,34,28,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10), comprising a fresh issue of 1,07,41,149 shares and an offer for sale of 26,86,851 shares.
