About Jauss Polymers Ltd Jauss Polymers Ltd, established in 1987, is a prominent Indian manufacturer of PET bottles, jars, and caps, utilizing advanced Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) technology. Originally starting operations in Kurali, they expanded to Surajpur, and now consolidate activities in Malpur, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The company leverages five ISBM machines from ASB Nissie, Japan, to produce a diverse range of PET containers. JPL has pioneered weight reduction projects, notably reducing the weight of a 1.5-litre jar significantly, and delivering over 20 million units to clients like Joyco (Wrigley).
In 1993, JPL raised Rs 4.25 crore through a public issue to expand its capacity and set up facilities for producing bottle-grade PET chips. In 2020-21, JPL transferred its Baddi unit to Innovative Tech Pack Limited, indicating strategic business restructuring. Despite these changes, JPL remains a key player in the PET manufacturing industry in India.
