Jainam Ferro Alloys (I) Limited, originally founded as Jainam Infraways Private Limited in 2014, is a prominent Indian manufacturer and exporter of niche value-added manganese alloys, namely Ferro Manganese and Silico-Manganese. These products are critical in the steel industry, enhancing properties like strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The company serves major clients like Steel Authority of India Ltd and JSW Steel Limited, among others. Jainam Ferro Alloys commenced commercial production in 2016 after acquiring a ferro alloy plant in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and has since expanded with additional furnaces.
The company diversified into manufacturing ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including alloy steel in 2018-19. In 2021, it raised Rs 19.6 Crore through an IPO. Recently, it acquired a stake in JW Diagnostic and Research Center Private Limited, making it a subsidiary. Jainam Ferro Alloys continues to leverage its capabilities in manganese alloy production to support the steel manufacturing sector.
