Promoted by Electronics Corporation of Tamilnadu (ELCOT) alongside technocrat entrepreneurs S Iyempandi and N K S Kolappan, the company specializes in manufacturing plastic moulded components for industries including white goods, automotive, and entertainment electronics. Its production facility is located in Nagalkeni, Chennai, where commercial production began in 1994, focusing on molded component sizes ranging from 200 grams to 3000 grams. The company operates with seven molding machines with capacities between 150 Tons and 850 Tons.
Iykot Hitech Toolroom Limited has partnered with Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) in Bangalore for technological advancements. This collaboration led to the establishment of a high-tech toolroom at Sholinganallur, Tamil Nadu, dedicated to producing specialized moulds, dies, tools, and precision components. This strategic move enhances the company’s capabilities in high-precision manufacturing, catering to diverse industrial needs.
