About ITL Industries Ltd

ITL Industries Ltd, initially incorporated as Indore Tools Ltd in January 1989, is a public limited company since February 1993. The company, spearheaded by Madan Singh Jain and Rajendra Jain, specializes in manufacturing Band Saw Machines, CNC Tube Mills, and various machine tools, along with trading hydraulic items. Over the years, ITL Industries has expanded its product line to include welding machines, briquetting machines, and slotting machines, supported by its public issue in August 1993. ITL Industries diversified into agro products in 1994-95, launching potato french fries under the McDon brand. In 1996, it entered a technical collaboration with Germany's Keuro Machinenbau GmbH & Co. The company has made notable investments in infrastructure and facilities, including a substantial export deal to a U.S.-based power company.
