Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust, established on August 17, 2021, is an irrevocable trust registered as an Infrastructure Investment Trust under Indian InvIT Regulations as of February 27, 2023. Managed by Infinite India Investment Management Limited and with Jio Infrastructure Management Services Limited as the Project Manager, the Trust focuses on logistics infrastructure assets through its Warehouse SPV. This SPV acquired 100% equity shareholding from the Sponsor, inclusive of logistics infrastructure, for Rs. 4,261.35 crore and provides warehousing services to its anchor customer, RRVL.
The Trust plans to raise Rs 3,048.00 crore by issuing 30,48,00,000 Units at Rs 100 each through a private placement. This strategic move facilitates the Trust's focus on expanding its logistics infrastructure assets, strengthening its value proposition in warehousing services. The involvement of prominent entities like Jio Infrastructure and the association with RRVL as an anchor customer underscore the Trust's potential for growth within the logistics sector.
