About Integrated Thermoplastics Ltd

Integrated Thermoplastics, originating as Torrent Thermoplastics Pvt Ltd in January 1994, transitioned to a public limited company by May 1994 and adopted its current name in August 1994. The company, promoted by Simon Joseph and S V Raghu, specializes in manufacturing high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and chlorinated PVC (CPVC) pipes. It partners with Transupreme Plastics International, an agent of BF Goodrich, ensuring access to premium PVC resin technology. Located in Medak district, Andhra Pradesh, Integrated Thermoplastics operates a facility with an annual production capacity of 3,260 tonnes. To support this venture, the company launched a public issue in May 1995. It has secured strong buy-back agreements: 50% of its output with its collaborator and 25% with Supreme Chemplast Pvt Ltd, providing robust market stability and distribution for its products.
