The company is engaged in the entire pharmaceutical value chain, including research, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and exports. It offers contract development and manufacturing services (CDMO) and has a domestic and international branded generics business. Innova Captab's product portfolio covers acute and chronic therapeutic areas with manufacturing capabilities for a variety of dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, syrups, and injectables. The company operates two manufacturing facilities in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
Significant milestones include the 2021 acquisition of Univentis Medicare Limited and the establishment of a new industrial plant in Jammu and Kashmir along with an R&D center in Panchkula, Haryana. In December 2023, Innova Captab raised Rs 570 Crores via an IPO. The company also acquired Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited in June 2023, expanding its operational capabilities.
