Injecto Polymers Limited was incorporated on September 4, 1998 as “Injecto Polymers Private Limited” in Kolkata. It was converted into a public company and renamed “Injecto Polymers Limited” on July 8, 2024, as per the Central Registration Centre.
The company manufactures a range of polypropylene-based packaging products, including polypropylene woven fabrics and woven bags for industrial and agricultural use, Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BoPP) bags, leno bags for packing fruits and vegetables, Low Density and polyester pouches, Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) bags for chemical, steel, fertilizer and mineral industries, and non-woven bags used in medical, hygiene, agriculture packaging and reusable shopping bags.
Its products cater to multiple end-use industries such as agriculture, construction, textiles, chemicals, and consumer goods. The company operates two manufacturing units in West Bengal: Unit I in Jamalpur and Unit II in Howrah.
In addition to manufacturing, Injecto Polymers procures plastic granules and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resins in bulk and undertakes trading in these materials. This trading activity is positioned as complementary to manufacturing by supporting competitive pricing, strengthening market presence, and aiding raw material management. The company is planning an IPO via a fresh issue of 56,13,500 equity shares (face value Rs 10 each).
