Infra Renewable Limited (formerly the partnership firm “Infrax International,” formed on April 27, 2019) was converted into a public limited company as “Infrax Renewable Limited” on September 23, 2024, pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre.
The company provides turnkey solar solutions on an EPC basis, covering design and engineering, procurement and supply, construction and erection, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants. It executes both rooftop residential solar projects and ground-mounted solar projects, handling the full lifecycle from site assessment and system design through procurement of modules/components, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
Over the last three financial years, the company has developed, executed, and commissioned 5,708 rooftop residential and ground-mounted solar projects. It highlights end-to-end capabilities including site assessment, feasibility studies, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services.
In FY26, the company commenced a new division as an Independent Power Producer (IPP). It has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning an IPO of 39,31,200 equity shares (face value Rs 10 each), comprising a fresh issue of 32,50,800 shares and an offer for sale of 6,80,400 shares.
