About Indian Card Clothing Company Ltd Indian Card Clothing Company Ltd (ICCCL), established in 1955, operates in the card clothing and real estate sectors. Initially a joint venture between The English Card Clothing Company and Carclo Engineering group, ICCCL transitioned to public limited status in 1976. The company specializes in manufacturing card clothing for both natural and manmade fibers and runs a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in Ahmedabad. It has expanded its operations with a joint venture in textile machinery with German firm Spindelfabrik Suessen Schurr, Stahlecker & Grill, and diversified into real estate and other sectors due to a downturn in the textile industry. ICCCL holds a 60% stake in Garnett Wire Ltd, UK, and has invested in various ventures, including Texmaticc India Ltd. Its manufacturing capabilities at the Nalagarh plant include Metallic Card Clothing and innovative devices like the Tops Height Measuring Device. ICCCL acquired ICC Chambers - I in Mumbai for its commercial real estate portfolio and provides specialized services to the Non-woven sector from its Panipat service station.
