Its flagship project, Imagicaa, is strategically positioned on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and includes attractions like a theme park, water park, snow park, and a hotel. The company attracts visitors mainly from Mumbai, Pune, and other developed regions of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Originally formed as M/s Dream Park in 2009, the company transitioned to a public limited entity in 2010. It expanded its offerings with the fully operational Theme Park in 2013, Water Park in 2014, Novotel Imagica Hotel in 2015, and Snow Park in 2016. In March 2023, Imagicaaworld launched 'Aquamagicaa' in Surat, Gujarat. Malpani Parks Private Limited took a controlling stake in June 2022, marking a significant shift in ownership. The company previously divested its hotel business in 2019.
