IB Infotech Enterprises Ltd., initially incorporated as Indian Beverages Limited in 1987, is an Information Technology company also involved in trading agricultural produce. The company has recently become debt-free, having settled its liabilities over the past two years. IB Infotech is diversifying its operations by setting up a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) for coconut-based products in collaboration with Harlen Fine Foods (HFF) from Singapore. This venture includes manufacturing and exporting coconut water, cream, and juice-based fruit cocktails, for which it has secured 4.36 acres of land in Kerala. The company has a technical collaboration with HFF for expertise and has trial-launched the 'Harlen Brand' of mineral water, tea, and coconut oil. Additionally, IB Infotech has expanded its market presence with new branches in Agra and Jaipur.
