Hy-Tech Engineers Limited was incorporated on December 18, 1978 as Hy-Tech Engineers Private Limited in Maharashtra (Mumbai RoC). It was subsequently converted into a public company and renamed Hy-Tech Engineers Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 23, 2022.
The company designs, manufactures, and supplies hydraulic fittings for the auto and industrial sectors. Its product portfolio includes standard hydraulic fittings such as DIN-metric fittings, JIC flared and flareless fittings, O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) fittings, and conversion fittings, along with fittings customized to customer specifications.
Operations commenced with a manufacturing unit in Pune, Maharashtra in 1987, followed by expansions across multiple locations: Thane (2005), Pithampur Unit I, Madhya Pradesh (2008), and Shirwal, Maharashtra (2010). In 2014, the company merged the erstwhile subsidiary Sagar Forge Private Limited into the company via a Scheme of Arrangement, after which it also began operations at the Nashik unit previously run by Sagar Forge. Further capacity additions include Pithampur Unit-II in 2021 and the Kavathe unit in Maharashtra in 2022–23.
The company is planning an initial public offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue to raise Rs 70 crore (equity shares of face value Rs 5 each) and an offer for sale of 11,933,120 equity shares.
