HRS Aluglaze Limited, originally incorporated as HRS Aluglaze Private Limited on March 30, 2012, operates in the design, manufacturing, and installation of aluminium-based architectural products. The company transitioned to a public entity in October 2024. Its product portfolio includes standard and customized aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems catering to builders, contractors, architects, and institutional clients.
The company operates a manufacturing facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad, and commenced production at an additional plant in Rajoda in FY24. The Rajoda unit, functional from 2025, has an installed production capacity of 1,500 metric tonnes per month. HRS Aluglaze has executed projects for commercial, residential, industrial, and government infrastructure sectors. Apart from manufacturing, it provides material supply and procurement support for independent client installations. Its offerings also include UPVC systems such as sliding, openable, bifold, and integrated blind doors and windows, along with specific client-driven material components like aluminium profiles, glass units, and accessories.
With a strong operational presence in Gujarat and a focus on tailored solutions, HRS Aluglaze Limited plans to launch an IPO comprising 58,00,000 equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 per share, aiming to fuel future growth and expansion.
