The company also introduced value-added services, commissioning its first rooftop solar project (0.98 MW) and its first cold storage facility in 2023. Horizon has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of shares to raise Rs 2,600 crore (face value Rs 10 per share).
