About Himalaya Food International Ltd Himalaya International Limited, founded in 1992, is a leading Indian company specializing in the production of frozen and canned foods. It processes a variety of mushrooms, baby potatoes, buffalo cheese, vegetables, and a wide range of appetizers and snacks. As the largest food processing company in India, it supplies an extensive product line, including three mushroom varieties—White (Agaricus), Crimini, and Portobello—to the U.S. market.
