(HLCL), established in 1985, is a pioneering Indo-Italian joint venture specializing in the production of a wide array of chemicals and coatings, particularly for the leather industry. With a foundation in technical collaborations with European companies like ICAP-SIRA, A Smit and Zoon, and Forbo Helmitin, HLCL offers over 250 products, including fat liquors, finishing chemicals, and specialty shoe adhesives. The company was the first in India to undertake government-sponsored research in Polyurethane Dispersion and Polymeric Fat Liquors.
Located in Jind, Haryana, HLCL boasts an annual production capacity of 6,000 MT, serving diverse industries such as leather processing, footwear finishing, textile printing, and packaging.
