H.S. India Limited, originally incorporated as Hotel Silver Plaza Private Limited in 1989, operates in the hospitality sector, managing a three-star hotel in Surat with 134 furnished rooms. The company, part of the Bansal Group, transitioned to a public entity in 1992 and underwent a name change in 2001. It partners with Lords Inn Hotels and Developers Limited for hotel operations, marketing, and management. The Surat hotel, launched in 1998, includes multi-cuisine and skygrill restaurants under the brands BLUE CORIANDER and LIME TREE, respectively, plus six banquet halls and a liquor shop. H.S. India expanded its offerings with additional rooms and facilities in 2004 and ventured into the software business in the hospitality and tourism sector by 2006-07. Although it acquired a majority stake in Kesar Motels Private Limited in 2007-08, it ceased to be a subsidiary by 2009 due to reduced holding.
