A significant management shift occurred on June 30, 2011, with control transferring to Mr. Mukesh N. Shah, Mr. Suresh H. Parikh, and Associates, following shareholder approval under SEBI regulations. In 2016, a capital reduction scheme was implemented, effective from April 1, 2015, following the Gujarat High Court's confirmation.
