GRP Limited, originally Gujarat Reclaim and Rubber Products Ltd, was founded in 1974 and specializes in reclaim rubber production from various scrap sources. The company operates through four business verticals: Reclaim Rubber, Industrial Polymers, Custom Die Forms, and Polymer Composite, with manufacturing units in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Over the years, GRP Limited has steadily increased its production capacity, diversifying into Industrial Polymers in 2010 and Polymer Composite in 2017. It formed a joint venture with Marangoni S.P.A. in 2015 for Tyre Retreading.
The company has received multiple ISO certifications and was recognized as an 'Export House' by the Government of India in 2004. Recently, GRP Circular Solutions Limited was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2022. In 2023, GRP Limited expanded its plastics business, commissioned a new facility in Dahej, and restructured by selling certain facilities to focus on future growth, including disinvestments in Marangoni GRP Private Limited and GRIP Polymers Limited.
