Green Asia Impex Limited, incorporated in 2014 as a private company and converted into a public limited company in September 2025, is engaged in the processing and export of marine food products, primarily frozen shrimp and dried chillies.
The company processes and exports Vannamei, Black Tiger and freshwater shrimp in formats including Head-On Shell-On (HOSO), Headless Shell-On (HLSO), and Peeled & Deveined (PD). Its chilli business includes trading and exporting whole dried and stemless chillies. Shrimp procurement in India generally takes place from February to October, while dried chillies are typically harvested between January and April. This product mix provides some diversification across seasonal procurement periods.
Green Asia Impex operates a shrimp processing facility in Unguturu, Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh, with a built-up area of approximately 1,838.76 square metres. The facility has installed capacity of 7,200 MTPA for shrimp block freezing and 3,600 MTPA for Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) processing.
The company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI and plans to raise ₹71 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹65 crore and an offer for sale of ₹6 crore. Founded 2014
