Goyal Aluminiums Limited, initially incorporated as Advitiya Trade India Limited in March 2017, is a prominent manufacturer specializing in aluminium products such as coils, sheets, and sections. The company, which underwent a rebranding in August 2021, originated from a trading concern established by Shri Om Prakash Aggarwal in 1996, focusing on aluminium, metals, textiles, and hardware. The business was subsequently managed by his sons, leading to the formation of proprietary concerns like Pashupati Fabrics and Goyal Rubbers.
Under the leadership of Sandeep Goyal, Goyal Aluminiums has expanded its operations with a manufacturing plant in Ballabgarh, Haryana, initiated in 2020-21 with a Rs. 2 Crore investment. This strategic expansion follows a successful public issue in March 2018, raising Rs. 4.30 Crore. The company continues to strengthen its market presence by enhancing its production capabilities and broadening its product range within the aluminium manufacturing industry.
