Over the years, Goldiam International has expanded its operations through strategic acquisitions and international subsidiaries. In 2005, it acquired Goldiam Jewels Ltd, making it a subsidiary, and established Goldiam USA, Inc. Despite divesting from some ventures like Goldiam Jewels Limited and Sunshine Exports HK Limited, Goldiam has continued to innovate, incorporating new diamond setting techniques and expanding into eco-friendly diamond production with its acquisition of EcoFriendly Diamonds LLP. These strategic moves aim to bolster its market position and profitability.
